Yes 🇨🇦 We ship everywhere in Canada, including Toronto, Montreal, and other provinces.

What are the processing and delivery times?

Our products are made on demand.

  • Production: 2 to 7 business days
  • Delivery Canada / USA / Europe: 5 to 10 business days
  • International delivery: 10 to 20 business days

Times may vary depending on the destination and carriers.

Are shipping costs included in the prices?

No. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your address and the selected shipping method.

⚠️ Important note on shipping costs: The costs displayed at checkout are estimates. You only pay the actual shipping costs, confirmed after your order is sent.

  • 💸 If the actual costs are higher than the estimate, we absorb the difference—no extra charge will be requested from you.
  • 💰 If the actual costs are lower, we will automatically refund you the difference.

Our revenue comes from the margin on clothing and our affiliate partnerships—never from shipping costs. Transparency and fairness are part of our values.

Are there customs fees?

Depending on your country, customs or import fees may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Can I send an order directly to someone as a gift?

Yes 🎁 You can enter the recipient's address directly when ordering.

How do I track my order?

A tracking number is sent by email as soon as your order is shipped.

Do you accept wholesale orders?

Yes, depending on the products, quantities, and destination. Contact us with the details of your project for verification.


Returns & refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days for unworn items, in their original condition and with tags.

Some personalized items are non-returnable.

Sizes, colors & customization

Are the sizes accurate?

Our products follow the standard size guides provided by our manufacturing partners. We recommend consulting the size guide available on each product page before ordering. If in doubt, do not hesitate to contact us.

Do the displayed colors match the actual products?

We do our best to ensure that the visuals are faithful to the actual products. However, slight variations may exist depending on screens and manufacturing batches. If you have a question about a specific product, contact us before ordering.

Can I customize a product with text or a logo?

Yes 🎨 Customization is available for some products directly via our integrated customization tool on the product page.

If the tool is not available for the desired product, or in case of technical difficulty, you can also:

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as Shop Pay and other methods available at checkout depending on your region.

Are payments secure?

Yes 🔒 Our shop uses SSL protocol and payments are processed via secure and certified platforms. Your financial information is never stored on our site.

Do you accept gift cards?

Ethics, Ntifafa & Down syndrome

Are your products eco-friendly?

We work with manufacturing partners who are committed to responsible practices. Our products are made on demand, which reduces waste from overproduction. We continue to evaluate and improve our environmental impact.

What is the meaning of "Ntifafa"?

"Ntifafa" means peace in Ewe, a language spoken in Togo, Ghana, and Benin. This word reflects LUSOQUOT's core values: peace, inclusion, and kindness. This is why our signature is: Peace. Paix. Ntifafa.

How does LUSOQUOT support Down syndrome awareness?

LUSOQUOT believes that fashion can be a powerful vehicle for social consciousness and celebrating differences. That's why some of our collections are created specifically to support important causes:

  • 💛 Down syndrome — awareness and inclusion of people living with Down syndrome
  • 💚 Cancer — support and solidarity for those affected
  • 🌱 Youth flourishing — program currently under development, aimed at supporting youth development

Every purchase from these collections helps convey a strong message. Profits generated from these collections will go to organizations working in these fields. Stay tuned for new collections and initiatives!


Modification, cancellation & defective items

Can I modify or cancel my order after confirmation?

As our products are made on demand, modifications or cancellations must be requested as soon as possible after the order. Contact us immediately at support@lusoquot.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.

What should I do if I receive a defective or incorrect item?

Contact us within 7 days of receipt at support@lusoquot.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We will process your request as a priority and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.


Languages & currencies

Is the shop available in multiple languages?

Yes 🌐 Our shop is primarily in French, but it is also available in:

  • 🇩🇪 German
  • 🇪🇸 Spanish

These translations allow us to offer our services to the largest possible number of people, all over the world.

Are prices displayed in my local currency?

Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD) by default. However, the currency automatically adjusts according to the customer's connection country — so you will see prices in your local currency during your visit. Any exchange fees remain the responsibility of the customer according to their bank.


Our shop & collaboration

Do you have an affiliate or commission-based partnership program?

Do you work with Shopify agencies or experts?

We evaluate collaboration needs on a case-by-case basis, depending on the evolution of our shop and our current priorities.

That said, if you are a Shopify expert and wish to be part of our contact base for future needs, you are welcome to send us an email at support@lusoquot.com indicating your areas of expertise (development, SEO, design, marketing, etc.). We will keep your information and contact you if an opportunity arises. 🙏

Do you have a tester program?

Yes 🌟 We are launching a tester program to improve our shop and our products — and we would like to invite you to join!

How it works:

  • 🛒 Choose 1 product from our shop and place your order.
  • 🚚 Shipping and delivery fees are covered, as well as current promotions. You will receive a tracking number. You only pay for the product and any applicable customs fees.
  • 📝 After receipt, send us your evaluation within 7 days.

What we ask of you:

If something doesn't work correctly, or if you have any comments or observations during the process, let us know. Once your experience is complete, leave an honest review on our shop (photos optional). Your contribution is valuable to us!
