♻️ Returns & Second Life Program

At Lusoquot, we create clothing that carries strong messages and human values. Since our clothing is printed on demand especially for you — to avoid overproduction — our return policy adapts to this eco-responsible manufacturing method.

1. Standard Returns — Manufacturing or Shipping Defects

If your product has a defect upon arrival, we cover all costs.

• Accepted reasons: damaged item, sewing problem, obvious print defect, or model error on our part.
• Timeframe: 14 days after receiving your order.
• Procedure: Send us an email at support@lusoquot.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. After verification, we will immediately order a free reprint, with no additional cost to you.

2. Second Life & Solidarity Program — Size Error or Change of Mind

Our production partners (Printful / Spreadconnect) do not accept returns for size errors or changes of mind. However, at Lusoquot, we refuse to leave you with unusable clothing.

The principle: Send us the item back new (unworn, unwashed, with its tags) to our management address. Return shipping costs are at your expense.

Your reward: Upon receipt of your package, we will send you an exclusive 10% discount voucher valid across the entire store, to reorder the same item in the correct size.

Our solidarity commitment: All clothing collected through this program is donated to partner associations working to help children, promote inclusion, and support families. Your size error thus turns into a good deed. 💛

3. "Growing with Lusoquot" Program — Worn Clothing

Your child has grown and their Lusoquot t-shirt or sweatshirt has become too small? Don't let it sit in the closet.

Send it back to us! If it's still in good condition (no stains or holes), we will offer it to our partner associations to give it a second life. In exchange, we will offer you a 10% discount code to order the next size up.

Undelivered Packages & Incorrect Address

• If your package does not arrive: wait 5 business days after the estimated delivery time, then contact our support.
• If the address provided is incorrect: the package may be returned to the sender and a new delivery may be charged.
